After you have met with our Sales team, our Onboarding and Implementation team will transition you into the multi-step implementation process. We have an expert implementation team dedicated to setting up your training environment and configuring the loan management system to meet your unique business requirements. With extensive experience in setting up loan models and integrating third-party service providers, our team not only works efficiently to get you up and running, but they are available for you every step of the way. You can count on our team to remain in constant communication with you throughout the entire process so you can focus on the business of lending.
Phase 1: Setup & Configurations
We establish the training environment and collaborate closely with each lender to meticulously fine-tune configurations as they commence testing.
Phase 2: Training
Under the guidance of our Director of Training and Implementation or a Subject Matter Expert (SME), lenders and/or their team receive comprehensive training on system usage, including testing procedures and integration with third-party platforms.
Phase 3: Testing & Verification
Each lender plays a pivotal role in validating the accuracy and integrity of the setup within the LMS Training environment before it progresses to Production and Go Live. The client then verifies the setup’s readiness for deployment.
Phase 4: Move to Production
In the Production environment, the lender is given autonomy to refine configurations based on their verified setup. Prior to Go Live, they meticulously review and approve the setup, covering all essential aspects. After Go Live, ongoing support transitions seamlessly to our dedicated support team.
